It started in July 2022 and will run until March 2026. However, it is whispered that it will continue until an ECO5 scheme is launched. The Government have not yet spoken about ECO5.

Yes! Local councils can approve applications through Local Authority Flexible Funding (LA Flex). It is not the local authority’s money. It is still ECO4 money, which is set aside for LA Flex. We would complete the application and submit it to the local authority with all of the required paperwork.

Upgrades may include various types of insulation, heating system replacements, boiler upgrades, or even renewable energy like heat pumps and solar panels. All measures come with a government-approved guarantee.
